There was an inventory error with my order and a few days after I purchased said item, I was informed that it wasn't actually in stock and that I was going to have to wait approx 3 weeks to receive it. However, the people who communicated with me were prompt, polite and helpful when I had questions so I would not rate this as a bad experience. I am disappointed that this error happened as I now will most likely not receive my corset in time for an event I was planning for, but mistakes do happen and I was quickly informed of the issue instead of being ignored or belittled.

The products are of great quality. My made to order skirt took 10 weeks to get to me. I didn't get any updates on my order unless I specifically asked for them. The website states 3 weeks for made to order. I felt I deserved to be notified of the extra time it took to complete my order or any problems corset story was having in completing the order.
