the products are great and they are well made, the only thing I'd change is the sizing it's a bit tough to get into them at first, you have to unlace the entire back to put it on.

I have looked into your order for you and I can see that you ordered a back ordered item on the 24th June which is a 3 week process, which was dispatched from us on the 4th July to you to be delivered under the 5-12 working day method you selected, this is a Monday to Friday service and today is the 7th working day.
