Great service, after reading some of the reviews I was worried that my corsets may take a very long time to get here, but was surprised how quickly they came. Just wish there was a tracking number with the shipment.

All of our customers are emailed to inform them which items have been back ordered and are then again notified to let them know that the back order has been dispatched to them, which is after the 3-4 week process to be tailored with our expert tailors. I LOVE!!!!! this company! Amazing service, beautifully made products and your prices are fantastic, plus shipping is EXTREMELY reasonable. The website is easy to navigate and the products are displayed just perfect. Other companies get models to pose in their product and for some women this gives them a false sense of what they will/should look like in the corset. As I said I LOVE this company. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that, all of our corsets are now provided with heavy lace material due to the Ribbon material in which we use to provide were not sturdy and supportive enough for our steel boned corsets, due to the reasoning of our heavy laced material now. I am sorry that you would have preferred Ribbon lacing, you can purchase this material and lace the corset with this yourself by looking into our YouTube videos. Kind Regards

Thank you for your positive feedback. We do offer a traceable service in delivery, this is the Express 2-5 working day method which you can also select as a delivery method on our website, unfortunately the Standard 5-12 working day method is not a traceable service. I hope this is okay!
