It was a size replacement for a previous order. I followed the clearly written directions that were sent with my original order, and received a response and update on the new order within 12 hours.

While the quality of the products is exceptional, the response when I was concerned about the delay in delivery was underwhelming. I recieved the corsets at the outside of the expected delivery window, whereas my previous order had arrived a good bit quicker. When I emailed expressing concern, they were dismissive of my concern. WHile I understand that they have no controll over the customs process, they could have been more reassuring very easily and with no additional time expended on their part.

I would suggest a faster update on which corsets are in stock. There have been a few times where I ordered something that said it was in stock, but when I emailed to ask where it was, I was informed it was not in stock. Other than that, I've never had a problem, the products are exquisite!

Came quickly. No problems. Shopping has been simple and easy. I watched a video on You Tube showing how to put on a corset. You guys could include this info with purchases, for those of us who are new users :0)

I was really satisfied with their friendly and fast customer service! Although my order took them almost two months to process and I ended up not being able to wear it for the event I bought it for. I would count it against them just a little bit though, its not entirely their fault.
