You run out of or cancel items too quickly. I was ready to buy a lovely Steampunk skirt right after my last order and all your steampunk skirts disappeared!

my new corset relieves my back hugely, but I can't wear it under a lot of my clothes, which I would like to do.

I love corset-story. The only possibly bad thing about it is that I spend way too much money buying all manner of corsets.

Wonderful, fast service and gorgeous, quality product. Bought 2 Corsets this time, and will be back for more. Received my order in 3 days ( from England!). I didn't even know that was possible... Thanks, Susan

I found it very difficult to place the order. I tried for three days and kept having problems. I finally telephoned for help where a man answered and left me on the phone and kept me waiting for 5 minutes until I finally hung up since I was calling from the USA. The person who helped me through e-mail was more helpful but did not get the problem solved. My bank was finally able to resolve the problem for me. The only reason I didn't buy somewhere else is because Corset Story has the best product and selection for the cost.

The buying process, item quality and quick delivery were all excellent. I had trouble with sizing, however - using my waist measurement meant I ordered the wrong size. My body shape (plus sized, with a belly) means I needed a larger corset.

I bought these for my daughters' birthday and they are incredible! They look beautiful on her. Great quality and the price was wonderful, thank you. Liked them so much I am probably going to get one myself.

LOVE the wide selection! So many beautiful corsets in one place. The online order and check-out processes were easy to use, and I like that the returns policy is so straightforward. Also, I appreciate the layout of each corset overview - it makes finding the correct size and style of corset very simple! However, I was rather disappointed in the speed of delivery. I placed my order May 2, and did not receive it until June 21. Even made to order corsets are supposed to ship in 3-4 weeks! After 5 weeks of hearing absolutely nothing from the company I emailed them to check, and they did respond fairly promptly. A fabric shortage is understandable - and I have no problem waiting for a quality product - but a simple explanation before I had to email them myself to find out would have made my first experience with the company far more enjoyable.
