Hi Joshua
Thank you for your message. I love to support small new start up businesses and I would love to offer feedback in hopes that you become successful. Please take this review as a positive one although the stars may not reflect this. On one hand although I was disappointed with the product itself, I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received and how promptly and efficiently my concerns were dealt with. Concerning the product, I initially purchased the throw upon recommendation from a family friend who had purchased an identical one and I fell in love with it. I ordered it straight away. However when the product arrived I was really disappointed with it. The size was smaller than what was described. It was advertised as 160cm but in actual fact when I measured it came to 153cm. This is quite a big difference especially as I had beforehand saw the size of the identical product from the family friend and this was tiny in comparison. Moreover it never really heated up above lukewarm as compared to the one I saw from my family friend which really got nice and toasty. That all aside, my issue when I expressed it to customer service handled it extremely well and positively, as well as promptly gave me a refund. For that I do believe it still gives me the confidence to deal with the company again. However I am hesitant to buy the product again just for the product itself in case it is defective again. I will keep an eye on the one my friend has and see how she gets on before I think about repurchasing. I hope this is useful feedback for you. Kind regards

I have bought two electric throws from a different company in the past, but this one is such better quality. So soft and cosy, and heats up really quickly. Love it!

The product arrived quickly and well packaged. It was a present for my grandson who now drapes himself in it while gaming and then unplugs it and strolls through the house with it. He says it's the best.

The item feels luxuriously soft and heats up quickly. I appreciate the automatic turn off mechanism for when I forget to turn it off. Would definitely recommend. Already bought a second one as a gift.

I have an unusual requirement from a pillow. As I have hip problems, I need to sleep with a pillow between my legs. I have tried all the shaped leg pillows and found them uncomfortable and normal pillows, even those described as forever full, collapse after a few weeks. This pillow is perfect for me. I had to take a bit of filling out but, with a quick shake in the morning, it keeps it’s shape and is both soft and supportive. I hope this review helps other hip sufferers.

Way better experience than with other blanket brands (I’m looking at you Dreamland). Blanket arrived sooner than expected (and it was already super fast delivery), and is absolutely lovely! Fingers crossed it keeps working like this and I’ll be very happy!

Gave as a present and it was loved

Excellent service ,blankets feel great quality .Only negative control box is quite flimsy compared to other makes .

Great product and delivery time thanks

Love this blanket! So soft and cosy and it heats up quickly.

Really lovely, I have an old leather sofa which can feel very cold in the winter, this beautiful heated throw makes my sofa so cozy without the need to light the fire or turn the heating on

Service fantastic. Not tried product yet but several family members have the heated throws and say they are amazing.

Grandkids absolutely love it!

Love it

Lovely electric throw blanket.
Bought to replace an electric under blanket for use on a new memory foam mattress.
Excellent product, very cosy, with choice of heat.
Would definitely recommend this product to friends and family.

Although my first purchase did not work..The customer service sent out a new one. Straight away. Great customer service

First electric blanket we have purchased. Love the zones (feet and body) and individual temperature control . We would like to get another one for our daughter but the offer has finished 🙁 any chance it will make a come back please?

Pillows are great quality and comfortable.
I took some filling out of mine and put into my husband's pillow making both of us have the perfect fit.

Very nice warm fleece blanket, soft and flexible, next day delivery even the week before Christmas!

I bought this for my Nana to keep her warm through the winter. She is very happy with it and isn't too heavy for her. I talked her through the settings etc and she finds it really easy to use too.
