Fleece Electric Heated Throw - British Racing Green
I ordered an electric throw as a gift but it never arrived. The tracking information didn’t update and when I did manage to get a reply from customer services they told me to wait another 24 hours! I am now struggling to get hold of anyone to arrange a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all and will be taking this matter further.

Heated Neck & Shoulder Pad
Very pleased with this heated neck and shoulder pad. It has three settings and even number 1(lowest) is cosy for my neck and shoulders, haven't used setting 3 yet. I was concerned it wouldn't be hot enough, but it is. I find it very convenient to keep by my sofa and put on if my neck is feeling stiff/cold for 20 minutes. Thinking of getting one for my mum. Only 4 stars as a timer would be good especially for elderly people as they can be prone to falling asleep in the chair!

Fleece & Sherpa Electric Heated Throw - grey
They did reply very quickly, but it took a long time for a decision to be reached. The fact that it is manufactured in China was noted in the sales listing. Consequently, the goods received rarely work properly. I don't want anything from China anymore; it is an absolute disaster—nothing but junk comes from there, as my experience proved. They didn't even send a return label because the cost of shipping would have exceeded the actual price of the product. Yet, that would have demonstrated just how poor the product is and revealed the flaws in Chinese manufacturing. Furthermore, it lacks the GS mark, bearing only the internal CE mark to cut costs, which might also expose its inferior quality. Just stop sourcing from China entirely; I want nothing more from there.

I purchased a heated blanket that is soft and warms well. Unfortunately, it had a problem, but Cosi Home resolved the issue. Very kind and professional people. Thank you very much.

Spare Part - Heated Throw Controller V2

Memory Foam Travel Pillow (1 Pack)
This pillow works very well for me: it’s comfortable and packs down very small so it won’t take up much room in ones luggage. I particularly like the fact that it's zipped so you can open it and remove some filling if it’s too bulky or add some if you need to. It’s good value for money. Customer service was very helpful when I had a query about it.
