Double Fleece & Sherpa Electric Heated Throw - Navy
Wow !! You couldn’t ask for better service. I had purchased the wrong replacement controller after our puppy bit thorough the original one. The folk at Cosi home have just been brilliant. Great service, great communication. After the delivery company left the replacement on my door step on Christmas Eve (while I was away !) , so that I never got it, the kind folk at Cosi replaced the replacement controller with a new blanket !!!! They have just been brilliant from start to finish

Luxury Faux Fur Electric Heated Throw - Pink
My blanket stopped working shortly after purchase and I contacted Cosihome. The customer service was absolutely outstanding. As soon as I provided proof, a replacement blanket was confirmed and delivered within days. Thisis why i only buy my blankets (6 so far!) from Cosihome.

Replacement throw required after old throw presented some problems after many years of constant use. Customer service was excellent and deserves special mention.

I’ve returned the item as ordered the wrong colour and unable to change my order. Maybe this could be looked at altering in the future as postage coated £14.75 to return.
