Faulty throw and rubbish customer service

Fleece Electric Heated Throw - Brown
I used to own this throw in the previous design which worked well with no problem for years. However, I've owned this newer design for less than 2 weeks and it doesn't work as well at all and the Cosi Home customer support staff haven't responded to any of my emails alerting them that the product is faulty. You're probably best avoiding this product and buying elsewhere.

12L Low Energy Dehumidifier with 2.5L Water Tank
On n’en pouvait plus des moisissures et de l’humidité dans la maison. Il tourne en permanence, nous retire 2.5L d’eau en une journée, ne consomme pas beaucoup et on revit totalement ! Je ne peux que conseiller

Where do I start of a gift to me,it is what everyone needs with cold conditions, now I have bought two for my grand children, they say exactly the same a wonderful economic throw which does not empty the bank . The only moan is with delivery D HL was a night mare trying to track items between you and delivery, took a lot of my energy being 85 years not very tech minded ,six days of anguish, though ,they were worth waiting for too warm my grandchildren who were delighted !!!!

Fleece Electric Heated Throw - Brown
Bought this after trying my mums. I could only use my mums on setting 1, as it was so warm. Mine is not so warm as I'm using mine on setting 4. Surprised as it's exactly the same as my mums. Still pleased with it though.
