Double Fleece & Sherpa Electric Heated Throw - Grey
I recently contacted your support team to report a fault with the heated throw. I have carried out all the suggested checks, replied and have still not received a reply to my email.

Fleece Electric Heated Throw - British Racing Green
I purchased an electric throw for my mum last Christmas and she kept telling me how wonderful it was. Finally I bought myself one and I see why she loves it so much. I use it in the living room and find it very cozy and comfy, as does my cat who has barely left it since it arrived. The settings and timer have a great range and are very easy to operate. I imagine it has already saved me a lot too as I havent had the central heating on as much. The delivery was also extremely quick. A great purchase all round.

Spare-Part Controller for HT-05G-EU and HT-05P-EU
Ich habe eine Heizdecke bestellt. Nach ein paar Monaten ist das Kabel kaputt gegangen. Nach einer kurzen Nachricht an die Service Stelle wurde das Kabel direkt ersetzt. Super Service super Leistung ! Würde immer wieder dort bestellen.

Spare-Part EB-D1 Controller
My control unit failed entirely and jammed. Although the manufacturer sent a replacement after I provided the correct order and model number, they delivered the wrong part. I have contacted them repeatedly via email and Amazon but have yet to receive a response or solution. The only communication I received was a request for a review, which is unacceptable given the unresolved issue.

Fleece Electric Heated Throw - Cream
I ordered so many blankets before this one. One from amazon, slumberdown and dreamland. All of them were not very warm and I could not feel a different in heat. This blanket, if you wait a couple of minutes it really warms up. I am going to purchase another one in the future. It would make a thoughtful gift for the winter. So cosy.

I'm sorry to have to say but this throw only heats up on parts of it. I'm actually awaiting to hear from cosi, as I requested a refund. I have had cosi throws before and they've been brilliant... Not this time!
The colour is gorgeous but if it doesn't do the job, what good is it. It's been 2-3 days and I haven't heard back from cosi. Not a happy customer
