Fleece Electric Heated Throw - Cream
The full blanket doesn’t heat up! Tired different sockets and all other steps the AI chat told me to do. Live chat waited over two hours for someone to join to help resolve the issue. Now sent an email but still waiting for someone to help with the issue. Customer service beyond poor!

Luxury Memory Foam Pillow with Adjustable Filling - 2 Pack
I ordered my pillows originally off of Amazon. When they arrived, I aired them out, but the chemical smell radiating from them would not subside and it was very strong. I got in touch with someone at Cosihome who immediately sorted out this issue and we had the pillows returned within a few days. Replacements were sent out to me. I aired them out again and they’re perfectly fine! Thanks very much :)

Double Fleece & Sherpa Electric Heated Throw - Grey
The quality of my double fleece & sherpa electric heat throw is absolutely top notch. Delivery was super quick, and I couldn’t be happier.
It's already keeping me toasty warm without needing to turn on the heating in the evenings. If you’re looking to cut down on your heating bill, I seriously recommend getting one of these. What are you waiting for?

Fleece Electric Heated Throw - Grey
Arrived on time. Great quality, the material side is soft and the sherpa side is lovely and warm. When the throw is switched on it’s comfortable and warm, it beats putting the heating on. So pleased with it, I ordered another one for my husband.

Fleece Electric Heated Throw - Cream
I have currently another codi throw grey which ive had for 3 years and its still in perfect working order. I purchased an additional cream throw last week and have had to report as not working, the heat reaches 2 /3 maximum. I have emailed cosi to request a replacement or return and refund. and have been advised to try another plug, along with other suggestions which will not solve my problem of a faulty throw! I've re emailed today requesting refund/replacement

I have bought this for my daughter for Christmas, which I know is a while, but I’m getting ready. I hope this will still be covered by all the guarantees.

Luxury Memory Foam Pillow with Adjustable Filling - 2 Pack
To be honest.. If we could have, we would likely return the pillows. Nothing wrong with build/ or quality, just can't seem to get the stuffing height correct. Too much and head is lifted and feels like no support under neck, too little and again the same, even when getting it right, doesn't feel like any support anywhere or that the pillow will bounce back over time, and will require to keep topping it up. Nicely made product but not for us.
