25L High Capacity Dehumidifier with 6.5L Water Tank
Bought the cosi home dehumidifier in January 2024. We use this product a lot, we massively rely on it. The product got faulty and showed an E2 code on the device. I emailed Cosi Home, in which I had a very quick and friendly reply from Hanna. Even on a Saturday and Sunday, the lovely Hanna replied. The dehumidifier was no longer in the 1 year warranty, but I was very greatful for the one time offer of replacing my current dehumidifier for a new one. We had a quick delivery and the product is brilliant. Thank you again to Hanna and Cosi Home.

Fleece Electric Heated Throw - British Racing Green
Bought this last year and itâs been heavenly as itâs been cold. Itâs easy to use and machine washable-which is very handy. Unfortunately it stopped working after almost 6 months. I contacted Cosyhome customer services and they have been brilliant. They sent out a replacement which arrived in under two days. Fast, efficient, a pleasure to shop with.

Very comfortable heated throw

Fleece Electric Heated Throw - Grey
The heated throw is fleecy and very comfortable once it's heated up. I've given 4 stars because this throw replaced a heated throw which died.
My previous one was not the same one but heated up within 5 minutes whereas this one takes 30 minutes to heat up. When you want warmth you want it quickly!

good will replacement grey blanket

Luxury Faux Fur Electric Heated Throw - Grey
I have had the pink one for my daughter for just over one year unfortunately the control started to malfunction so blanket would not heat up . I contacted customer service who were really helpful and although they did not have a spare control available they would send a new blanket as a good will gesture but in the grey. It is for my daughter so the grey not ideal for her but a gratefully received replacement - however one time only it heated up and now the controller shows nothing at all . Checked other plug points and plug but the controller just does not light up at all . So we are again without a controller that works . Itâs a shame because the customer service was good
