I would like to get a replacement but there seems to be no way of contacting amazon or the seller. It stopped working after 5months of very little use. I purchased 2 more for my mom and my granny. Theirs seems to be OK still but I would like either my money back or a replacement for mine (they are not cheap!).

I've loved these blankets for years. I buy and recommend them for so many people. But a few weeks ago, mine went on the blink. Thought it was the extension cable. One night I plugged it in - fizzle - pop - smoke!Look what happened. So dangerous.Definitely a weak spot in the cable. Other brands have worn the cable through here too, but non as dramatically as this.A rethink of design is needed for sure.Stay safe everyone and check your connections.Thank you

Each letter is present at least twice - apart from the H. There is only one of these. So no Happy Birthday, as in the product advertising...And certainly no CONGRATULATIONS :-(

Extra-Large Electric Heat Pad
I bought one of these for my husband as he often has cold feet, so I thought I too would like the luxury of warm feet when needed. I placed mine under the fitted sheet at the bottom of the bed and hey pesto! lovely. I only need it on No 1 setting and I know that in winter time it will be a boon.

Extra-Large Electric Heat Pad
I have used heat pads for a long time as I have a number of Chronic Health Conditions. This is the first Cosi Home one I have bought. Having used it now for a few weeks I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of buying one. It's soft and easy to mould around your legs or shoulders and it so easy to use and clean.
