Very pleased with this blanket, it makes going to bed a real treat, especially as I have arthritic spine and cold feet!

It is ok, but shorter than I expected, the plug place on the blanket is very uncomfortable, too small for a 160cm high lady.

Blanket worked for two and a half weeks and then stopped working. No heating and there is no facility to return or contact for repairs or replacement.

Was wanting to buy this blanket for a while and had it in my wish list, decided to go for it and order it and I'm so glad I did. It's so soft and cosy and the heat settings are amazing, it heats up very quickly and you can get the desired temperature to match your needs. I'm so pleased I took a chance and tried this as it is definitely worth the money.

The light box was for my daughter who loves it. She uses it in her bedroom. Good size with a lot of letters and great emojis.

We were generally happy with the product, until about 3 weeks into using it...It just stopped working. The power light wouldn't come on. Tried to make it work, but not too much we could do. I tried to return it, but had one day to get it in the mail and couldn't manage.Maybe we had a defective blanket. But I'd warn buyers of its quality.

Extra-Large Electric Heat Pad
Arrived on time but box appeared to have been opened and the plastic bag the pad was in also looked as though it had been opened. However the contents were undisturbed. This heat pad, larger than usual, wrapped around my lumbar region or could have been used the full length of my back. It suggests the pad be heated at the highest temperature - 6 for about 10 mins before returning it to the temperature required. I found temp. 4 most suitable for my situation at the time. The control unit is easy to use with two press button switches. The top one being the on/off button and the lower one the temperature control. It also has a loose cover which can be slid over the pad to protect it. All in all a good purchase.
