12L Low Energy Dehumidifier with 2.5L Water Tank
My product arrived quickly. I mainly use it to dry my washing quicker & it does work. We live in an old house where the walls are very thick so it also helps to reduce the damp & mold

12L Low Energy Dehumidifier with 2.5L Water Tank
Wasn’t sure about this, heard a lot about dehumidifiers but never had one. Bought this one and it is amazingly brilliant. Really good price compared to other brands and works really well. We have it on all night and there is no condensation so far.

Luxury Faux Fur Electric Heated Throw - Grey
To date I have spent over £100 with you on 2 heated throws and a controller none of which work properly. The first item was purchased in May 2022. It worked ok the first winter but this current winter it packed up in December. I contacted you via your site on 8th January. I again contacted you on 11th January but received only an automatic reply that I would be contacted. I took your advice on the site and purchased a controller but still not working properly. Against my better judgement I bought another throw from you and wouldn't you know it only heats a part of the blanket. I again complained on line after receiving email asking how I rated the support I'd received (what support?). This was from someone named Abi. To sum up I am out of pocket to over £100 and have 2 throws and a spare controller which are fit only for the dustbin. I am a 78 year old pensioneer who does not need this aggravation. Shame on you!

The blanket is faulty it stays on for a few minutes then turns off. My sister has also received an electric shock from it as I bought her this as a gift

Ça marche
12L Low Energy Dehumidifier with 2.5L Water Tank

Second blanket ordered but this one has the fleecy lining, great when working remotely during the winter months. Takes a bit longer to heat than my other one that we have on the bed. Maybe that’s due to the fleecy lining - thicker. The thermostat / on off buttons have changed but over all, would recommend.
