Works a treat, the Wife loves it. Good control of temperature and it keeps her warm. Ideal for use when on the sofa. Not had to clean it yet so can't comment but all good so far.

Promptness of delivery, efficiency and effectiveness of product. Security ties were a great improvement on previous blankets. No dislikes.

I bought this for my wife on 4th February. Really nice thick blanket. However it's just been washed as per the instructions and it's broken. Only a small section of the blanket now heats up. Just raised a return request for a refund.

An excellent product at a sensible price. Bought for our teenage granddaughter. Comfortable and easy to use and install. Performs just as well if not better than our own much more expensive product. Delivered quickly.very pleased with this seller.

We have been using this over the cold winter months as we have a cold detached house and it's so much more efficient at keeping us warm on the sofa than having the heating on full wack!It barely uses up a penny an hour on max heat settings, heats up really quickly and it's large enough for two people. Also the fact it's machine washable it's a fantastic product we cant live without when it's cold!We have noticed that sometimes it heats up part of the blanket warmer than the rest, but it is resolved by readjusting the blanket.

I thought i would feel the wiring/heating element through my sheet, and padded mattress cover(not that thick), but i can't. It heats up really quickly, and it's warm within 15mins, easily (on the highest setting:3). Really good value for money, very pleased
