Product stopped working a few weeks after purchase. Lights don't even come on

seems pretty good so far. not sure if light level is ideal or not. have asked seller

I have a real fire in my home and unfortunately the chimney sweep found a problem with the chimney and so I cannot light the fire until it is fixed - which is likely to be several months. I ordered the heated throw as an alternative to using an electric heater all the time - I do have central heating but need something for those evenings when I'm relaxing, watching tv or reading. This throw is AMAZING. It is incredibly soft and deliciously warm, even on the very lowest setting. I love, love, love it. I haven't washed it yet and am hoping it remains as wonderful as it is now after it has been through the machine.

It takes a little while to heat the bed properly (an hour or more if you like it roasting hot!). It warms the bed beautifully.

I found this blanket a little too small for a double bed!

Wonderful size.Warms up very quickly. No gimmicky controls and timers etc just a good electric blanket with three heat settings that work.

I recently replaced our old blanket with a new comfort king model the new one warms the bed very quickly and is a good fit

I bought this for my dad and he was extremely happy until it stopped working about only three months after its first use (he only used it on colder nights, which are not many in the south of Spain).I hope a get a replacement from the seller or my money back.

Very pleased with my purchase, exactly what I wanted

I suffer from severe arthritis, and unfortunately, following recent surgery I am temporarily off all remedial medication. The result of this meant that even in this cold weather I am compelled to have a light duvet on my bed as the weight of my heavy duvet causes me pain. I therefore looked for some form of electric blanket that would be lightweight but warming, and as versatile as possible.I purchased this throw and was delighted to find how simple it was to use, how effective it is, and additionally how versatile it is being able to be used on both beds, and also as a throw cover. I lay the throw over my light duvet, and set it on maximum for one hour before I go to bed. I find that it warms the bed wonderfully, and if I need any further warming during the night a couple of buttons on the controls allows me to have a lower warmth rating for as short as an hour, or as long as nine, although so far, I have not needed to use it other than as a pre-bed warmer as I have described. So, this product works splendidly for me, and I am delighted with my purchase. It does everything that I want it to do. Highly recommended.

Beautiful light and diverse.

This looked good and was largely well-reviewed. But now, five weeks after purchase, it has stopped working. I think I must have got one made last thing on a Friday. Returns are not available, so it must have been one of those limited return windows, no obvious seller contact details. My previous 'leccy blamket lasted for years, so I'm disappointed.

Present for my friends birthday. She loved it. I put message on for her to see when opened. Great selection of signs and emojis.

As an over and day blanket. Bought this for my elderly parents who love it.

Stopped working after a month!

Excellent value for money!

So far so good, been using it for the last two months. Got the king size for my double bed and the fit is perfect.

Lovely and soft. Perfect colour. Can't fault this product. Thank you.

This product has been pretty handy for 8 months but has now just stopped working.

Love this blanket. Had it for about 2 weeks now and am very pleased with it. Read the reviews and chose to buy King size for a double bed and so glad I did as it completely covers the mattress. Love the multi heat settings. Put it on 3 for about 15 minutes before getting into bed and turn it down to 1 when I get into bed. Only reservation and the reason I haven't given 5 stars, is that the switch sparks sometimes when turning on.
