I bought one of the heated throws for my wife a few m months ago and she loved it so I decided to buy one each for my parents who in their 80’s and feel the cold a little empire nowadays.
Only on turned up inhale delivery in a parcel marked 1/1 so I contacted customer service, answered a few questions, sent a photo of then packaging the planet arrived in and Karen sent the missing blanket through a few days later.
The product itself is exemplary and the customer service is…well….exemplary - why waste a good word by using it only once?
Excellent product, excellent service, what more could you ask for?

Fabulous quality and product, we would have struggled through the winter without it due to the energy crisis. Can't imagine not having it now.. Buy with confidence!

I have bought this heated throw for later in the year so can't review it as such but do have other cosihome products and know that the customer service and products are both top quality and you can buy with confidence.

I ordered a second after my first cosi died just over a year of use. I waited until the price dropped after the winter season when cosis seemed to have doubled in price.

It’s easy to use and I hope it will save me a lot of money on heating bills as it uses less electricity than a plug in heater. I only gave it 3 stars because it only gives out a rather tepid heat (compared to an hot water bottle) and that is on the highest setting. I wish it gave out more heat. It’s not worth putting in on low as there is no discernible heat at all coming from a low setting. Also it’s annoying that it automatically turns itself onto a low setting and I have to keep turning it up. It’s a good size and the plug lead is reasonably long.

Good value for money, although the length of the bed is shorter than the measurements given.

I should be employed as an Ambassador for this product! I absolutely love it. This is my second purchase as I’ve bought another for a present after using mine throughout a very chilly April. I saved £200 on the previous month’s energy bill by not using the gas heating apart from two hours in the morning. When I sit down to watch television I snuggle under my heated throw. Toasty! Including my feet which never stay warm even in slippers. So I go up to bed with warm feet and fall asleep immediately. I have recommended it to all my friends and family ad nauseam.

Dual Control Electric Blanket - King Size
We received the electric blanket in December and used it up until the end of April - the weather is better so we won't need it until winter, hopefully.
We're really pleased with it. It heats up quickly and at the maximum temperature it's actually quite hot. The timer works great and I love that the bottom section for my feet is separate to the rest. Really good buy so I definitely recommend it.
