Had a heated fleece throw for just under a year, it stopped working suddenly, but the support at Cosihome was first class, they communicated well, issued me some replacement parts to try to sort it, but in the end sent me a new throw without issue. Would recommend this company.

I originally purchased my Cosi Home heated throw in October 2022 and was very pleased. However in November of 2023 the controller stopped working and I had to purchase a replacement controller which cost me £10. Slightly disappointed as I would have expected it to last longer 😞

The replacement switch/heating/timing unit arrived and it works.
But it looks and feels like a fairly cheap bit of kit (I paid £9.99).
However, I do feel that the original unit should have lasted longer than the 13 months it did last.
So that it was out of guarantee and I had to pay for the replacement.
If I buy another heated throw, I will choose a different company.
I expect things to last longer than this did.

It was faulty. I returned it by recorded delivery. I have had no help from Cosi Home. No telephone numbers to call. Emails have been ignored. It cost me £8+ to return by Parcel Force. I have heard nothing from Cosi Home. I filled in the form, which I had to print out.
There was no return form with the heated throw. Then I receive an email to leave a review.
I have never had to deal with a firm like this before. I am waiting for my refund. I shall take this further if I do not hear from you.

The control unit that you sent me never worked, after speaking to customer service about this via email, they said I’m out of warranty, even though it was just over a year and basically closed my case. Disappointing service, you really don’t care about your products and keeping your customers happy. Just awful.

So lovely and it keeps you warm and toasty, you can set it to both low or high temperatures and you can have it turned on for upto 9 hours which is ideal through the night during the cold weather , I love it!!

Received a faulty product, so it has naturally put me off buying it. when returned faulty unit as did not want, no refund against the delivery for faulty unit sent back Faulty products should always have their return shipping refunded- but in this case i have to pay ?!?!?!? not happy
