king size one was faulty. Offered double as a replacement- accepted as out of stock of the same we had originally purchased, but a much cheaper blanket with less dual function. Warm again though.

Doesn't heat properly. Refund procedure is made as difficult as possible. No phone line.
They want abstch number???? Instructions as to how to get this are erroneous and invalid. Mine was supposed to be number code on label. In fact its 6 numbers so and an alpha. System rejects this as invalid. I'm stuffed! No response to 2 emails sent.
Will write to parent Co One Retail Group then complain to PayPal and pursue settlement there.
This is second time I've had to type this all out. Surprisingly the email review version didn't work ¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lovely colour, blanket quality and the timer is useful but I have to press the controls several times before it comes on and it doesn't seem anywhere near as hot as my other blanket of a different brand. Disappointed.

The blanket itself is very cosy and soft, but the electrics and the remote in particular feel pretty dodgy. The buttons dont work more often than not, in particular the power button, so turning it on and off is usually difficult. Frequently just have to unplug it to turn it off as the buttons refuse to work.
