Lovely feel to it, but only at no 10 setting do I feel a slight warmth.
Contacted the company three times but no response. I wanted to know if they thought there was a problem or was I doing something wrong.
I asked how to return it but no response.
Will only buy from Amazon from now as their customer care and return policy is excellent.

First purchase from Cosihome and I would definitely recommend. I purchased an electric blanket and a heated throw. I’m really happy with both products. Ideal for cold winter nights ahead.

The throw has arrived disappointed as the box is all ripped and it was a present . I’m sure it didn’t leave yourselves in that condition so it has to be the transport company
