Great item, i wasn’t sure how much I’d actually use this blanket, safe to say I’ve used it since it got delivered, it’s great for when you don’t want the heating on and you can stay cosy, I love this so much that I ordered one as a gift.

Hugely disappointed as I ordered my heated throw before snow was forecast. I received a dehumidifier instead!
So inconvenienced as I had to wait in all day for collection. Was asked to print a label when I don't have a printer!
No compensation offered or perhaps a reduced cost for an item.
Not impressed at all!

My heated throw came the day after I ordered it and I was kept informed via email about each stage of the delivery process. I love my heated throw and I was really pleased I managed to get it in the sale with a further discount applied. I would definitely recommend the product as it is soft and plush, unlike some similar branded products . It heats up quickly and has reduced the need for me to put my heating on since purchasing it.
