This is a great system. Proportional to different body types, challenging for those at different levels, and best of all it does not take up a lot of space. If there was one criticism I have it would be for the Squat Rack straps, I think it would be great if the straps that attach the cables to the squat rack had a rubberized face, so they wouldn't slide down on a smooth rack. Otherwise I am very satisfied with this and have already recommended this system to several other school owners.

Haven't been able to use it consistently for more than 5 days due to personal issues. However, I can say overall I'm definitely feeling the benefits. The short sessions make it much more accessible than other exercise equipment and the quality of the equipment is great. I think I would have been better suited to the smaller weights initial since technically I have an injury or sorts but I could always purchase those separately. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is suffering shoulder issues or rounded shoulders to build strength. Just make sure you have any area suitable for using the equipment.

This is a great package to help me recover from a shoulder injury. I found the information that's included within the kit and found through the C.S. website to be very helpful in coaching me through the appropriate workouts

Bought this for my son, who has built a home gym. He was so excited to receive it and is using it all the time. Perfect gift for any fitness guy and especially someone involved in Crossfit

I was expecting more exercises coming with this band as the shoulder program is one of my favourite, not sold on the hip program yet.

Amazing program. I was skeptical of band training at first but not only did it speed up the recovery of my torn rotator cuff, my other shoulder hasn’t felt this good in years. I would highly recommend.
