I've been using Crossover Symmetry for 6 months religiously and the difference is night and day! Thank You!

You can test mine tomorrow if you want. They're the only thing I use to warm up my shoulders and it makes them feel solid.

Last night was the second time in almost four months that I have done strict pull-ups because they aggravate my shoulder. Not only did these not hurt but I was able to do 50lbs of weight! Honestly, I think getting my shoulder worked on a couple days a week for months plus doing my Crossover Symmetry the last few weeks have both helped tremendously_oh and rest! If your bod hurts, take care of it! You've only got one. Here's to healthy shoulders in 2015.

I had shoulder surgery in October. Crossover Symmetry has been a major part of my ongoing recovery. Thank you Athlete Cell for introducing me to Crossover Symmetry.

5 weeks later and these have helped my shoulders immensely.

Best product out there and used by the best.

We just ordered 8 sets two weeks ago. That's ok_ luck of the draw. Either way Crossover Symmetry has already been an amazing addition to our gym and our athletes. Thank you.

I've struggled with shoulder issues since I was 17. Making overhead movements really difficult at times. My right shoulder flares up pretty bad a few times a year, forcing me to not train multiple movements until it improves. I finally got a Crossover Symmetry unit & I've been using it for three days now. Amazing how fast I've seen major change, I slept pain free last night for the first time in months! I highly recommend investing in one.?
@terryho1 Crossover Symmetry, this has been one of the best rehab/training tools I have ever bought. I had bad shoulders from jiu-jitsu training over the years and then crossfit reminded me just how bad they were. No more restless nights and now stronger than ever overhead and upside-down.

Getting #scapjacked with Crossover Symmetry. Shoulders feel amazing! Definitely a must have!

Crossover Symmetry, love the Crossover Symmetry! Helps my shoulders warm up, recover/cool down and get stronger. Better than anything I've ever used! Thanks for your support.
