I am a pitching coach at Florence High School in Florence, Al. Crossover Symmetry has been a part of my program for 2 years. Baseball in our area was used to get through until Spring football practice. In the last 2 years using Crossover Symmetry and a baseball specific workout I have helped 5 kids go to college as pitchers. 2 are at a D-1 now, LSU and UAB, 1 at D-2, Univ of N Alabama and 1 at Birmingham-Southern. I also have a junior committed to LSU. 2 of them were drafted and my junior is a potential 1st rounder for 2018 draft. I say all of this to get to the point that without God given talent and an established work ethic these kids would be the run of the mill college students. Thanks to Crossover Symmetry these guys have maintained healthy arms with no structural issues. The normal tendinitis but that's it. Your product is OUR choice to stay healthy. I must say that every kid that I have worked with has increased velocity and we don't use any gimmicks to gain velo. Hard work and the crossover symmetry program. I have 3 sets that I have purchased over the last couple of years and just replacing some bands at times. You have a fantastic product and the first time I saw y'all's display at the East Cobb complex at the WWBA in Atlanta I knew it was the right product for my son and the other guys I work with. Prayerfully, I will have several more testimonies for your product as I continue to train and teach kids the importance of maintaining a consistent program for arm health. Your program is and will be the choice for arm health and velo increases. Every pitcher that has done my program consistently has shown increased from 3-16 mph. The kid at Birmingham-Southern went from 65 mph to 81 mph in 9 months. Your product has been a God send for my pitching staff and others that go through the program.

Purchased for my son who is headed to college as a pitcher. Hope the regiment keeps him injury free.

My shoulder pain has dramatically decreased and my mobility has increased, and I owe it all to the recovery excercises. I haven't experienced anything deteriorating, only discrepancy is some how work lateral raises or the anterior shoulder head if I'm calling that muscle it's proper name.

Bought my novice set before my slap tear/ biceps tenodesis surgery. I started using it a few weeks after and have been using regularly now 4 months post surgery. I love crossover symmetry and have continued to do the activation and the iron scap as part of my regular workout and warm up. Love it

I use mine daily and my shoulders have never felt better.

I've struggled with shoulder issues since I was 17. Making overhead movements really difficult at times. My right shoulder flares up pretty bad a few times a year, forcing me to not train multiple movements until it improves. Last night was the second time in almost four months that I have done strict pull-ups because they aggravate my shoulder. Not only did these not hurt but I was able to do 50lbs of weight! Honestly, I think getting my shoulder worked on a couple days a week for months plus doing my Crossover Symmetry the last few weeks have both helped tremendously_oh and rest! If your bod hurts, take care of it! You've only got one. Here's to healthy shoulders in 2015.

I haven't been diligent in using my bands like I should but even using them 2-3 times a week for the past month has got me close to my old max PRs for strict press and push press! Thank you so much, I'm even able to sleep on my left side for the first time in 3 months.
