I have been doing the Activation program for 10 days and already feel a difference. Yesterday morning was day 10 and we did a pull up intensive WOD. I was able to string together a PR with no pain. I plan on starting the strengthening program after 30 days of Activation.

I haven't been diligent in using my bands like I should but even using them 2-3 times a week for the past month has got me close to my old max PRs for strict press and push press! Thank you so much, I'm even able to sleep on my left side for the first time in 3 months.

We just ordered 8 sets two weeks ago. That's ok_ luck of the draw. Either way Crossover Symmetry has already been an amazing addition to our gym and our athletes. Thank you.

You can test mine tomorrow if you want. They're the only thing I use to warm up my shoulders and it makes them feel solid.

Noticeable improvement in shoulder stability. Training for a 31 mile SUP race. Since I've started using the Crossover Symmetry my long rides don't result in shoulder pain.

The cords and exercises saved me from a surgery. Although I still have the shoulder injury, the cords helped strengthen my shoulder to the point that I can live with far less pain and delay any surgery.

This product is fantastic. Having terrible shoulders due to many years of military service, the easy to follow workouts have helped me strengthen and rehab my shoulders to the point where I can do exercises and weights that I haven't been able to perform for years after injuries. Thank you and keep up the good work.
