COS is very high in quality and an awesome tool to strengthen your shoulders!
Only bad thing ist, that you can't buy it in europe/germany and I had to order it in the states, which resulted in very very high shipping costs.

Working through a SLAP tearand this program is light years ahead of the goofery i do at PT. Highly recommend this product/program.

I've only been using this program for a couple of weeks, but have experienced some improvement in my left shoulder pain already. I think this is an excellent program, but as other reviewers have noted the individual components are more expensive than they need to be. More on that in a minute. A few months ago I developed severe left should pain and reduced mobility. Sports medicine diagnosis was "classic weight lifter's shoulder". (I'm 70 years old and have been lifting for more than 20 years). Pain was due to persistent internal rotation of the shoulder causing the humerus to grind against the glenoid fossa. The posterior muscles were not doing their job. I had to have a cortisone injection into the glenohumeral joint and a physical therapy program. However, some pain persisted. The Crossover Symmetry program is clearly what I needed, and is helping already. I'm very optimistic about long-term benefits. On the downside, the door straps are disappointing. The recommended distance for attaching the resistance cords is 4 feet. No door is that wide. Most residential doors are 30" or 32". Also the door straps are very hard to get tight, and tend to slip up or down depending on the direction of band pull. I decided to switch to wall mounts, but the Crossover Symmetry mounts are $80 for four!! At Home Depot I bought a package of 4 D-rings with wall mount attachments for $5 (!), and a couple of dollars for heavy screws. They work perfectly! No need to spend $80 when $7 will accomplish the same thing.
The bio-mechanics of this program are well thought-out. The resistance cords are very good quality. The instructional videos are excellent. I would give this 5 stars if it wasn't for the disappointing door straps and cost of wall mounts. Think twice before ordering the door straps. If you can possibly use wall attachments, go that route.

I wish the previous bands I purchased from you were as well designed as the new ones...I feel kinda like a guinea pig... I've a training facility called the Bullpen and have gone through alot of your bands with either bands breaking or handles or both...

Great workout, it keeps my shoulders healthy for baseball season. Ever since I started using it I've felt no pain in my shoulders while throwing.

used for a couple weeks now. So far so good. I feel it strengthening my shoulders and evening my upper back (left side tilted a little).
I use on a door and it holds up fine but you need a door wide enough and provides you enough room so I only have one door that does that.
Quality of the bands are good. Overall worth the couple hundred dollars.

The door straps only fit one door in my house..They are too large for the rest of the doors

I bought this as an early birthday gift for my son. He is a college baseball player in the process of rehabbing a shoulder injury and crossover symmetry is the best equipment to do so. My only mistake was not buying it sooner!

I have only had this system for two weeks but my shoulders are feeling better. I have pain off and on but it seems as though I am having fewer times when my shoulder hurts. I hope with continued use that it will completely make my shoulders pain free.

I started using Crossover Symmetry when I was rehabbing my shoulder with my physical therapist, and it made such a difference that I ended up getting my own set to keep up with my exercises. I'm a climber and weightlifter and definitely notice a big improvement the strength and stability of my shoulders while climbing and doing overhead lifts. It's part of my daily routine for injury prevention, as well as my climbing warmups.

Also, shout-out to the CS customer service folks! I had an issue with my order and they shipped me a replacement part with no hassle. A great experience.
