It took a while to get my order since Crossover Symmetry doesn't ship to APO addresses. I and several people I'm deployed with have been using it regularly before lifting sessions and throughout the day while working. You would definitely sell a few extra systems if you shipped to APO addresses.

Bought Crossover Symmetry to rehabilitate shoulder. I was experiencing pain and numbness that was making me think that I needed to see about surgery. I have been following the 30 day program and have experience a significant reduction in both pain and numbness after only a couple of weeks. The bands and anchors are well made and the instructions for performing the exercises are easy to understand. I think even if I need more invasive treatment, I will be in much better shape to have surgery and to recover more quickly. Really happy with my decision to buy Crossover Symmetry system.

I have a chronic mobility issue involving C5 and left side tendons and muscles. CrossFit has helped regain strength and movement, but in order to get better I need the fine motor control I am gaining from CrossOver Symmetry activation and recovery movements. I've been going at it for about a month and already see improved movement and posture.
I am using the squat rack setup and am very pleased with the quality of the components and training materials.

These are the most nicely made and great to use exercise bands I have ever had. I don't worry about them snapping and hitting me. They're easy to attach to a variety of poles/posts. I'm getting a great workout with them.

I'm usually skeptical about products that can serve such a wide population but I can say after just a few uses, I can feel a difference. It was just what I needed to boost my shoulder stability. The value far outweighs the price and its very convenient to use. Thank you for your devotion to create a great product.

I've only had the product a week but so far so good. I would give a better rating but the company lacks in certain areas. Processing was slow as well as replies from the company. Not all the parts of my order came in, missing 2 things that are supposed to come after the new year. Hopefully they do without issue but don't feel to confident about it.

I just received my Individual Package to keep my shoulder rehab going. I had a small labrium tear from a car accident that rehab was helping. I've been out for a while and some of the issues were coming back, so I decided to try Crossover Symmetry's program. It'll take a few more weeks but so far seems to be hitting the right spots. The equipment is well made as well and the programming seems solid.

Had this a week but have been intimidated by how much initial reading you have to do before getting to use this thing, so I finally broke it out today. I kind of wish I got the one that goes in a doorway. That would be more versatile. Chart hooks don't work with a rogue rig. Really surprising. I will start doing this daily starting tomorrow in earnest and update my review if needed.

I cannot review it as it was a gift for my son. I will forward this to him and he can submit.
