I bought Crossover Symmetry because i have a tear in my rotator cuff and trying to avoid surgery. I read some great and hopeful reviews. It's part of my daily routine in my garage. Before and after workouts and sometimes during the day strength if i have time. Its easy to store when not in use. The only thing that makes me nervous is the the plastic handles. I'm afraid if i accidentally drop them on the concrete they will crack and break. Looks like you can't replace the handle if that happens. Heres to the road to a fixed shoulder!!

I never saw a doctor about some lingering shoulder pain. I figured it was tendonitis, arthritis, or just because I'm getting older. ;-) I dealt with the pain and avoided lots of movements for a solid 7 months before getting CS. After two weeks of 3x/day use of the basic activation program, my shoulder pain had nearly disappeared. My shoulders have never felt so mobile or stable. I love using this and wish I had started it sooner.

I have to be honest, I thought about cancelling my order when I got an e-mail about my shipment being delayed due to a busy Black Friday weekend of orders as I was disappointed in the inability to receive it in a timely fashion (I am still waiting for some parts of the product).
However, with that said, I do feel it is a great product that I am enjoying utilizing in many facets of my training and my client' straining, but would suggest they work on this situation of delayed product shipment as other people buying their product may not be so patient.

So far, it has been amazing. After rehab and 3 different ortho's telling me surgery was my only option, I found crossover via insta and New England Crossfit. I have been using for 3 weeks, and I just pressed over head for the first time pain free in 6 months (not heavy, but you get the idea). See my insta at Supadad11 to see 2017 come back. Heading into cross fit world for the first time...see what I can get done at age 38!
