This product is worth the money. I have been recovering from a shoulder injury that keeps coming back. Ever since I started using Crossover Symmetry daily, my shoulder doesn't hurt, I have a wider range of motion, and I've even PR-ed a lot of skills that I hadn't tried in months because it had previously hurt. Miracle cords!!

My wife has been having shoulder issues with her snatches and upon several recommendations we bought this. She has been using it twice a day and has seen some improvement in pain. It's only been a few weeks but at this time we have nothing negative to say about the product. I am currently using it to build overhead mobility.

I'm 54 years old and my wife and I just started a cooitment to a more active lifestyle a year ago including starting Crossfit. I have have shoulder pain off and on all of my life and Crossfit, for all of its benefits, brought my shoulder weakness back to the forefront of my health journey. I purchased Crossover Symmetry after discussion with one of the trainers at the box.
I have been committed to the Activation phase for the past 4 weeks and I have seen marked improvement in my shoulder strength and conditioning. I am so convinced of its effectiveness, I plan to purchase a second set for our 3 sons who are all active young adults, one which has shoulder strength/ conditioning challenges as I once did. This is a Great product because it works!!!

The product is great, unfortunately it arrived late and was missing the mobility sack and squat rack straps. Customer service did note that there would be a delay prior to shipping. Did receive my squat rack straps, but currently still waiting on backordered mobility sack. All in all I am still pleased with the Crossover Symmetry system and their customer service.

I got Crossover Symmetry for my dad for Christmas after using it at my previous gym and loving it. My dad, who is also a gym owner, has struggled with shoulder health and mobility throughout his fitness journey so I figured he would enjoy this. But he doesn't just enjoy it, he LOVES it. Since using it his shoulders have felt better and stronger and his extension and mobility has completely opened up. He uses it everyday and everyday he tells me how it is "the best gift ever."

FACILITY PACKAGE
I bought the Crossover Symmetry system for my affiliate, CrossFit Oconee, and the system is by far one of the best investments I have ever made for my box! I program them in at least 3 times a week and members use them on their own as well. Everyone loves them and they have helped my members with shoulder tightness, lack of mobility, and pain. If you are thinking about buying these stop thinking and start buy. Absolutely worth it.

I have been focused on improving my shoulder and upper back development for myself. I have also been looking for a quality baseball shoulder program. A friend told me about CS. I have been very pleased with my decision to purchase.
