I love the system and the science behind the progressive motor recruitment. One Complaint... I still haven't received the mobility bag. There was a note in the delivery package saying I should have it by the end of January. Sorry for the one negative. I love the rest of it. I'm the Director of Coaching for a CrossFit gym and I've got some of the coaches looking into getting the system for themselves. This product was a lot of money for me. I work out in a home gym that I have cobbled together. For a couple of years, I shirked this product because of the price. Let me tell you, in this case, the price is earned by the quality. The finish of the product is excellent. The training book is professional and easy to read. The metal poster that comes with it is high quality and super easy to follow. My shoulders feel great and I'm able to lift more after using the activation protocol. Worth every penny!

I'm 49 yrs old and like to throw BP to my kids when they ask. I was experiencing some pain and clicking in my throwing shoulder. Decided to try Crossover Symmetry before seeing a doctor about surgery. I did the 30 day program for those starting with shoulder pain and have done 2 weeks of the regular activation/strength exercises. I purchased the Crossover Symmetry system 3 weeks ago. I am a 50 yr old competitive Crossfit athleate pushing hard toward the open. It has helped relief shoulder pain from overuse. It has also improved my shoulder strength and stability with overhead lifts. It really only takes a few minutes a day, so I use it everyday. Strongly recommend this for any athleate doing overhead arm movements.
