Unbelievable customer service from the team at Crossover Symmetry. I use it prior to each workout as part of my warmup, and at after just turning 40 my shoulders and back have never felt better!

System & wall mounts do not take up much space, bands allow for better tension and muscular control than the classic dumbell rotations and raises. Have recommended to others, and will continue to do so.

Have had pain in my elbow and shoulder for a while from various gymnastic movements and using crossover symmetry over the past few weeks has made the pain decrease significantly. Highly recommend!!

I screwed up my shoulder during the second week of the Open. Luckily for me I heard about this Crossover Symmetry just down the street from my house. I called them up, explained my situation, picked up a package, and then within a week I was able to finish up the rest of the Open.
Of course, I had to take a week off for rehab but the results are totally worth it and the quality and support that you get with this product is also totally worth the price. I now, us it daily for prehab and to bullet proof my shoulders from injuries.
Best purchase I've made in a long time!

CROSSOVER ANCHORS
Bought 2 sets, one for our home in Canada and one for our vacation home in Corte Bella. Have been promoting your product to all my golf friends who complain about back or shoulder issues. One point: the instructions for the installation of the door belts refers to eye and knee levels but the wall mount instructions are quite different. John

This product is great and has helped me tremendously after shoulder surgery. My one issue is with the straps used to connect the system to a squat rack. They would move up and down while I did the exercises. I finally replaced them with small carabiner bungees that work really well.

Purchasing this has helped me to understand the breakdown in my mechanics and where my weaknesses are. If I owned a CF gym, I would 100% invest in this and make it part of my daily warmup/cooldown. The ROI in not having people hurt their shoulder and put their membership on freeze or cancel is well worth it in my mind. I am on my 6th week and the pain has decreased but is not fully gone yet. 4/5 stars because I feel that the squat straps could be installed faster with some sort of clip instead of the current method. I get that this method is more secure, however I find that I waste a bunch of time on install.

Best product available for warm-up / activation and cool down. My shoulders like they did in my mid 20s not mid 40s.

I love it. The little extras they throw in are great too, the mobility sack and online resources.

I have used Crossover Symmetry for about two months and have noticed tremendous improvement in my stability and lifting capacity overhead. Noticed an immediate change in my snatch as my catch was significantly more stable. This has become my go-to daily warm up for my shoulders. Highly recommend to anyone who weightlifts or just wants an awesome shoulder warmup.
