I am a serious athlete, suffered a broken shoulder and spent years trying to regain strength and function. This system has given me increased range of motion and reactivated some shoulder muscle that was “declared dead” by the docs! I am completely sold on this and have recommended it to many of my friends, they are just as excited about their results as I am.

I have had a shoulder problem for yrs and through physio message therapy it was identified that it was an impingement from instability and imporper self cueing on how to seat the humorous and scapula. This system has been amazing for both strengthening the muscles which drive the scapula and help it rotate with the arm movements to prevent impingement. It also helps teach your shoulder how to be stable
