Great ordering and delivery process and great quality built products. Price could be about $25-$50 less, but that is only issue. I got the deluxe pack and was pleasantly surprised that it came with a metal position sign to hang up to see the proper movements, a good size and slightly thick training guide book that is about as thick as a sports event program that is sold in arenas (42 pages, not a cheap 4 page paper pamphlet that easily crumbles, plus access to the crossover symmetry website as a reference and learning resource. Very satisfied with the product and would highly recommend to anyone.

I will admit that I was a little apprehensive about purchasing this system at first due to the price. I am very glad I took the chance and made the purchase. What a difference the Crossover Symmetry system has made in my own shoulders! I can see the results in my clients as well.

I have been battling shoulder pain for over two years, and CrossFit training doesn't allow for inactivity. Been using this program for about 3 months, and have experienced significant improvement. Much more effective than physical therapy, and ultimately, much less expensive. And you can do it on your own, at home.

The product for the most part is great however at 200$ its just over priced for what you get. The bands are good quality other than the plastic hands feel cheap and feel like they could crack easy. The straps for the rig mount just suck. I do like the chart that can be hung on a rig or fence it comes in very handy. In my honest opinion i think the price should be droped to the 125$ to 150$ range. Over all im not dissatisfied i had some shoulder issues and i believe it did help and i will continue to use it.
