Very well built and sturdy. This set is relatively expensive comparing to how much it would cost to put it together yourself, but I still think this is worth it. The only real complaint I could come up with is the fixed handles. I would like to be able to clip more than one cable to a handle. I have mitigated this by simply grabbing multiple handles at a time. Regardless, I’m very happy with this product and excited about my new found shoulder and scapular health!!

The Equipment and instructions provided in my Crossover Symmetry package are of excellent quality. I've used it every day since receiving it, and it's helping my shoulders to rehab. I injured both 20 years ago, have been battling them ever since. I have never been to a medical doctor for my shoulders, just my chiropractor. I'm currently rehabbing them again after my bicep was put back into it's groove. The activation and recovery are helping immensely. Thank you.

I’ve been using it religiously at least once a day usually more, up to six times a day. My shoulder pain hasn’t gotten any better. If anything it’s gotten worse. I’m sticking with it for now. If my pain gets better I’ll post another review.
