Starting to see and feel a difference in my overhead movements after using it for about 3 weeks now. Subtle changes so far, but it lets me know it's working. Would highly recommend Crossover Symmetry!

The only thing I'd add to what is already a high quality package is if you're going to include 2 sets of straps for two stations, then include 2 of the signs with the movements. I ordered an extra for $20, but may as well include it up front. Cheers and thank you for a great product!

I have had the Crossover Symmetry for over a month, and I decided to wait to review this product to provide an honest non biased response to the program itself.

A little about myself. I am a U.S. Army Soldier, CrossFit Athlete, and a CrossFit Trainer. I have had shoulder concerns in the past but this did not play a role in the purchase of the Crossover Symmetry system. I decided to purchase the Crossover Symmetry system after hearing Ben Bergeron express his admiration for it.

The Good:
1. Since doing the Activation + every training day I have noticed that my posture is better, my catch with the snatch is more prominent, and I have not had any pain in my shoulders after a heavy shoulder day.

2. Takes only 5 – 10 Minutes to do so it doesn’t hinder my workout timeframe as I have to get my GAINZ in before I train my Athletes.

3. The Training Zone goes above and beyond for aiding in the understanding of how to properly utilize the Crossover Symmetry system and also provides custom programs to facilitate the need of the athlete regardless of the sport.

4. Amazing Quality product, i.e. you get what you pay for. I am often weary about purchasing a product like this due to past experiences where the product has come in and been cheaply made. Not the case with the Crossover Symmetry system.

5. Extremely fast delivery. I am stationed overseas and sometimes it takes a while to receive ordered products from the U.S., not the case here I received the Crossover Symmetry system in two weeks from ordering and during the Christmas season.

The Not so good:
1. First let me start by saying that there is not anything that is bad about the Crossover Symmetry system, yet rather some things that I feel could use a little adjustment.

2. It would be nice if you did not have to choose between the door and Squat Rack Straps (SRS). I would love to use the Crossover Symmetry system while on an active rest day when I do not feel like going into the Box, but only having the Squat Rack Straps (SRS) I am limited.

Fast delivery of a very high quality product!

The product is as advertised! Shoulders feel much more stable. Only complaint is I wish it came with both door and squat rack attachment options. So I could bring it to the gym with me more readily without having to spend more money. Otherwise I highly recommend!

Love it. Shoulders much more stable and strong!

It arrived very quickly after I ordered. It was easy to set up. The instruction were clear and the online helped in getting started. I have using it for about a month now and am seeing improvement in my frozen shoulder.

I think the package is probably really good. However I purchased it to use in my home. The doors I anticipated using in my home are not four feet and the couple that are do not accommodate the range of motion movements. Really disappointed as I thought I would have a great opportunity to use this training tool as prescribed.
