Within the few weeks I have had your product, my shoulders have improved greatly. My shoulders have always been my weak point, they will now become one of my strengts. Thank you.

Love the product, but was very disappointed with the after sale support. I had an issue logging into the Training Zone and setting up my profile (clearly this is an ongoing issue with people trying to set up their profile using the email they used to purchase the package). No response to my emails requesting assistance, nor any response to my voice messages that I left on both the Australian and US phone numbers. While I was able to come up with a work around by using a secondary email, this is less than ideal as I don't doubt I will be missing updates/emails from you in the future as I don't regularly check this secondary email. Hence I would be very hesitant to recommend this to friends and family.

Program is well thought out and put together
Having access to videos on exercise techniques and sport specific programs is a great addition.

I have had shoulder problems for the last 7 yrs including a partial SLAP tear and a partial dislocation. I have progressively scaled my workouts more and more over the years due to pain. I am FINALLY able to do things WITHOUT pain!!! I still have a long way to go, but for the first time in a LONG time I am optimistic!

This is one of the best tools i have added to my program. No more pain in my shoulders and I was very pleasantly surprised to find much improved t-spine rotation in my golf swing! in fact I gained more distance and my handicap is coming down.
My clients have had positive results as well. The comments have been: "I can turn my neck again", "my shoulder has stopped popping", and my back feels better and it doesn't hurt to bend down to put on my shoe!".

Bought this product as I was having some shoulder issues. Feeling much stronger and much more stable after using the Crossover Symmetry prior to working out and also doing the recovery after.

Would have been a 5 Star, but they went the cheap route on their exercise boards. The old ones are a lot thicker and much higher quality. Our new ones, being out in the sun, have started to fold up and we had to remove them because they looked so bad.

Went from a strained rotator cuff where I could not lift my left arm without pain to back to normal within 3 weeks using the system, and was able to avoid using a steroid prescription or getting injections like my physician suggested. Such a great system!
