I ordered this after doing a triathlon. My shoulder was wrecked from the swim, I couldn't lift anything on my right side. Ive been using Crossover Symmetry religiously since i recieved it. I really like the ease and simplicity of this program. You can probably develop a similar program using bands, but the equipment and structure of this program is worth the cost, especially if you participate in olympic lifting and/or crossfit. I developed a stubborn case of rotator cuff tendonitis, which prompted me to research and purchase this program. I've been using it for four weeks now. My tendonitis has finally subsided and I already feel a difference with my scapular stability in my lifting and workouts. The program helped me maintain shoulder strength while I was healing and is helping me ease back into heavier lifting. I definitely recommend this product.

I have had shoulder pain for the last 10 years. Most likely the result of heavy bench presses and sitting over a desk for over 30 year.
I stated "Activation" 3 weeks ago with pain with most of the exercises. I went down in weight and used the modifications and still have some pain. I am making progress. I am now using the proper weights with some modification on Reverse Fly, 90/90, and Victory. The other exercises are done properly. The pain is going down each week and my form is improving on the trouble exercises. I do mobility for 30 minutes before each session and have been taking off the 7th day. The rest seems to really help.
Overall, I am excited about my progress and am looking forward to starting the Week 2 of the "30 Day Shoulder Fix". I think that I am a week or 2 away from that.

I have had moderate success so far with the Crossover package. I will stick with it, especially after my shoulder is healed, because I like the shoulder strengthening exercises. The junk e-mail that I have received since this purchase is another story. I have experienced a significant increase in the amount of junk e-mail that I have received since this purchase. I use the crossover symmetry at crossfit where I go, however, I want to be able to use it on days I'm not able to make it to the box. It has increased my shoulder strength and feels good when my shoulders are tight after an intense shoulder WOD. I recommend everyone use this especially those with shoulder issues.
