Really like the new Crossover Symmetry system. I bought it after one of my red cables broke. Only thing I didn't like was the caribiners instead of hooks to hang the illustrative instructions. The hooks allowed you to hang it on a pull-up bar. Overall the cables seem thicker and more durable but still smooth.

Overall I am satisfied. The website had issues when I was establishing a username and password. Mainly, the fact my order didn't include the mobility sac or chart hooks. I have been trying to recover my rotator cuff tear with bands internally and externally rotating them per my physical therapist recommendation. I saw the informercial on Facebook and I thought I would give it a try. I am in my 4th week of 30 day shoulder fix and am amazed. I now can do wall pushups and will attempt to do floor pushups soon, pain free. Sometimes you see these informercials and think the are bull. Not this one. They under promise and over deliver. I love these guys! Orthopedic sports medicine surgeons are going to hate you.
