Love my CrossOver Symmetry set. My shoulders feel better than they ever have before and my mobility continues to improve with each day of use.

Something was missing from my order and when I reached out, I didn't get a response.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it for her "garage" gym.

The videos are very helpful. I tried this program at my gym two years ago when I had injured my shoulder and it really helped me. I don’t have a rig at home yet, so I bought the door version. I couldn’t get the belts tight enough, neither could my adult son. I gave this four stars instead of five because the door thing is awkward. If you are on the fence about rig, fence, or door, skip the door version.

Absolutely love it. I have owned a year and my daughter wanted for college dorm.
She is using door mount I have screwed to a wall.
Only this I wish was that in these crazy covid times they would show alternative exercises for rest of body

I'm really getting good use of my Crossover Symmetry. The equipment is excellent, but the program with the booklet and access to videos on the website is even better. I started just using the Activation exercises but have now moved into strength and mobility with excellent results. My shoulders are improving quickly, they are starting to feel like they used to. No pain during the night!

The crossover symmetry system is the quintessential piece of equipment every person seeking health and fitness should own. It increases shoulder stability while allowing for complete activation of the muscles supporting the shoulder capsule. I recommend it for everyone. I have a torn labrum, but feel no pain anymore due to my constant utilization of the crossover symmetry system. I love it so much, I bought a system for my parents. 100% recommend.

I was interested in purchasing some equipment at the recent sale, but could not get my original password updated or changed. Chat function didn’t help. So, my original purchase was fine, but my subsequent experience was very poor.

I love the Crossover Symmetry program. The cords are high quality and the exercises are all laid out in an easy to follow chart.
