I have been using crossover symmetry bands in my clinic as a physical therapist for years. The pull of the band is consistent and high-quality through greater range that is necessary for overhead athletes. Their programs are thorough and relatively easy to follow yet challenging. Recently came across their hip/core system and it does not disappoint. Originally purchased for myself for home workouts, but the band delivers great fatigue without the discomfort of normal Therapy bands… Patients love it! I have taken a look deeper into their programs, particularly running and shoulder pain and found them to be solid, well thought out routines. I also recently reached out with a customer service question and the owner answered me within a day. I use these bands at home and my clinic and will continue to recommend them.

I bought the yellow hip halo for my 76 year old mother who has been experiencing leg and hip pain and I'd noticed she was starting to lean forward when walking. She was not enjoying herself going out for walks and would be going less frequently and for less distance. I got her doing the cowboy walk forward and backward and the side to sides and within a few weeks she says her pain is much reduced, she is standing up straight and she's enjoying walking again and going for much longer distances!!! you should have received 2 sets of cords. A set of Purple 7lb cords and a set of Red 15lb cords. Was something missing in your order? We'd like to get that corrected if that was the case.
