Several years ago, I had bilateral rotator cuff tears (note to self: donāt ever challenge your regionally ranked gymnast son to a shoulder flexibility contest!). I had surgery on one side but not the other. Crossover is the best regimen I've ever used for warming up my shoulders and recovering from intense workouts. I've also found the hip and core regimen very helpful too! I highly recommend Crossover to any serious athlete or weekend warrior.

I have been training with achy shoulder pain for a few months now. My coach recommended I look into XOVER as it may be able to help. Purchased it and in under two weeks I already feel amazing. The nagging pain in my shoulder is completely gone and I feel like I got a new set of shoulders. I use it as my warm up and spend no more than 5-8 minutes on it. Only issue is I do feel that the athletic package may be a bit too light for me and my skillset, BUT overall the program has done its job. Very pleased with my purchase.

This has been AMAZING! I consider myself to be in "good shape" I exercise daily and don't have any major health issues. I purchased this because I've developed some shoulder pain occasionally when training jujitsu. In my first month I noticed a difference from when I unloaded Christmas boxes and lifting overhead to when I put them away. In month two I'm noticing an increase in overall upper body strength!

I started using crossover bands about 3 years ago for general shoulder strength building. The greatest benefit was gaining increased range of motion as well as strength. I used it daily for shoulder warmup. Last year the gym closed for covid and I am just now returning to the gym. During my layoff I found I had lost a lot of range of motion and strength, so I grabbed my crossover symmetry cable bag and went back to work on my shoulders.
I found I had lost my exercise chart and reached out to the company about receiving a new one. I was willing to buy a new chart, but I didnāt see it for purchase. I emailed the company and received a prompt reply asking for my shipping address. Within 3 day I received a box with the chart enclosed. First off, I never write reviews, secondly, Iām writing this review because I have never had such great customer support from a company like Crossover Symmetry. So a big THANK YOU for your product and your support
