I purchased the system as a recommendation from a friend due to shoulder issues that were keeping me out of the water. Not only has the system and exercises fixed my shoulders but I was able to return to the water with no lag from being out of the water. Highly recommended to help strengthen your shoulders.

I really like this product. I have had shoulder issues for 9 mo now. I have used it for about 3 weeks and I can see an improvement in mobility and reduced pain. I have used it 1X / day but missed 1 week due to travel. The big thing you get here is not the bands - you can get them anywhere - what you get is the programming and instruction. The videos are very good at giving direction. Bottom line - this is better than going to a PT clinic.

Crossover Symmetry is a game changer for having strong and stable shoulders specific to CrossFit. If you have any shoulder issues try using it every day for 2 weeks before seeing a physio. This piece of kit is a must for any CrossFitter. Love it! also great service and fast shipping!

Best shoulder therapy program. Forget waiting at a physical therapist office for marginally helpful exercises designed for invalids. This works better than any of the 3 physical therapists that I tried.

Has helped reduced pain and increase stability in my shoulder. I mainly use it for activation and sometimes for recovery. Plan to start the strength program in 1 month. I would recommend the shoulder program to anyone who has shoulder issues.

Excellent addition to my home gym. Daily use has relieved my shoulder pain (due to an impingement) and helped strengthen my shoulders, back and chest. The BEST shoulder rehab tools available.

Great product! The YouTube video that teaches “scaption” with the reverse x angle needs some scientific review.
Shoulder flexion should resist a force that is opposing shoulder flexion. Secondly, by the time full shoulder flexion is performed the force angle of the tubing is almost non existent. The traps are full engaged in scaption of the tubing anchor is changed. This guy should know this.

I was going to make my own wall mounts but decided it was just easier to order. Quality is exceptional. Also, permanent wall mount locations are a game change on usability if you have space.
