Fast shipping and great products. My 12 year old son has used them for baseball strength training for 3 years. Even though he is under 5' tall, he flew a ball 300 feet in a game the other day

I purchased the whole set which was close to $500, I am happy with the product and it works really well, however what I am disappointed in is that every other package comes with a carry bag to put all the equipment in. The package I purchased doesn’t come with a bag leaving me to carry six bands, a board and rig straps which is very awkward. It would have been a 5 star review if it came with a bag.

I love the products, but my hip and core system(s) didn't come with the guide book. When I emailed, I was just directed to go look for a pdf version on the website, rather than an offer to send one.

I had to repeat both weeks 1&2 on the 30 day pain free routine. However I’m about to start week 4 now with virtually no pain. First time in about 3 years. Highly recommended

Contributed to significant rehabilitation to my shoulder. Purchased this set as a gift to someone I want to be pain-free as well.

Excellent gear! Just like in the gym, but from the comfort of your home or hotel room. I travelled with it all.

Easy to use and seems to be working! I purchased the shoulder system and also the hip & core system. Both have been helping me in workouts and some nagging knee pain I have been dealing with is much less bothersome. I can feel the difference in my shoulders when lifting after doing the CS activation protocol.

Love the bands, was just adding more bands to my program because they have been huge success for my program

Shipping was super quick and the quality of the bands is excellent. I’ve used these before at the CrossFit gym I went to and I’m excited to be able to do these exercises from home now.
