Crossover Symmetry has been part of my go-to CrossFit warmup for about a year now. It’s rehab, mobility, warm up, activation, etc. all in one, and it works great. The quality is spectacular!

I started having shoulder pain to the point it effected me in every day life. I mentioned it to my son one day when visiting and he told me that he was going to buy me something to help me with my shoulder but, I had to promise to use it. So I did. Sense using it my shoulder is pretty much painless. I recently have move up to the next bands and still doing well. Great work out exercises and great product. Thanks

I’m usually pretty frugal, And theoretically I could’ve brought a cheaper set of bands, But I’m very happy I bought the crossover shoulder package. The high quality bands combined with the chart and online content add up to a program that I actually follow consistently. It’s been a huge help for my shoulders. I didn’t have a great spot to install it permanently, So I put door barricade brackets at 2 different heights on a couple columns in my basement gym, mounted the band attachment points onto a 2 x 4 which I can easily put it in place and take it away. I drilled a hole for a pin in to one end of a 2 x 4 to hold it secure.

I have loved crossover symmetry’s shoulder and hip and core packages. Videos, rehab programs, Run strong program, etc. are phenomenal. Definitely noticed a difference in my runs with the run strong program. Shoulder rehab program helps with my runs, cycling and strength training. Customer service is amazing! Worth every penny! :)
