Great system and works well. It’s like I’m getting the benefits of going to the PT without paying for my visits. Great job, CS!

Crossover Symmetry was instrumental in my rehabilitation for major shoulder surgery a couple of years ago. After hearing a couple of athletes complain of shoulder pain and then diagnosing shoulder instability/over-all weakness of the muscle and joint, I made the decision to purchase CS for our gym. In the 4 weeks the system has been up we have been able to identify strengthening and more mobility in the athletes who utilize Crossover Symmetry on the regular and have started to assign the activation programming as part of on-boarding. This is definitely one of the single best investments for our new affiliate!

I have osteoarthritis in my shoulder and doing crossover symmetry 2 to 3 times a day has been a games changer and given me the ability to workout again. Thieve exercises helped improve muscle strength in my stability muscles and reduced pain I feel on a daily basis. Doing this along with stretching the shoulder has been amazing.

Great products! Great customer service. They even sent me a free wall attachment when I discovered the door attachment wasn't quite right for my needs.

I was introduced to Crossover Symmetry by my trainer. I had several areas of soreness whether I was working out or not working out. This system provided a comprehensive approach to activation and strengthening that I needed to fully engage in my program and begin my journey to a new lifestyle. Had soreness in my left shoulder and was concerned it was an injury or overuse when I started but turned out to be related to needing development and strengthening. I have built my own gym in my home and Crossover Symmetry was on the priority list for my gym. Now that this systems is in my personal gym, my.whole family uses it and has seen first hand what this system can do for everyone and for every goal. AWESOME Product! Thank you Crossover Symmetry Team!

I truly loved this program! I'm 23 and for the past year I have been unable to run , jump, or do squats with a knee I had arthroscopic surgery on 6 years ago. My orthopedic recommended this program to me, and I was skeptical at first about doing a generalized program and wondered if it would truly benefit me. I followed the exercises, even missed a few days, and after 5 weeks I ended up with ZERO knee pain! Currently, I do the activation exercises 4 days a week in addition to my other workouts. I would recommend this program to anyone who is looking to avoid expensive physical therapy co-payments and is capable of doing at-home rehabilitation that truly works! (:

So these bands I have been looking at for three years before I purchased. I didn’t believe the hype but then I got an influx of baseball players and people needing help with posture. These bands are IT. The durability of the bands and the quality is unmatched. You get workouts with them and other ideas to help make folks rehab and workouts that much better. Do not hesitate with these. If there is a decent sale or whatever, get them. I’m recommending these to my clients to use at home instead of other resistance bands.
