Door straps are really wide, only had 2 doors in my whole house that could be used (one was front door). Moveable hooks on straps would have been helpful.

Everything that you expect in a quality product. The exercises are easy to follow on the metal chart that is visible right in front of you. No other exercise bands come close to providing the movements with this program

Great product and great support. I made a mistake in one of the orders I placed and customer support went above and beyond in getting me what i needed, despite the fact that I was the one that made a mistake!

The materials always arrive quickly. Follow the exercise charts and easy peasy, in short time every thing is back to normal and you realize you have been missing a big component to you exercise routines, be warm up.or cool down. I can't live without this stuff now. I have the Hip and Core and the bands for the scap-jacked stuff. Really great a must in every home gym or take it with you to your fave work out spot

I have had a nagging shoulder issue for about a year. Since starting to use the Crossover Symmetry the numbness in my arm caused by my shoulder has completely vanished. I'm a believer in the system and the program.

Long time weight lifter been struggling with shoulder and knee issues for over a year. Started using the shoulder and hip & core CS bands daily for less than a month now and they have made huge improvements in both my shoulders and knees. So thankful I purchased both bands, highly recommend the CS systems.
