I use Crossover Symmetry to maintain strength and mobility with fantastic results. I just purchased a set as a Christmas gift for my 24 year old son.

Love the products! Price, materials, and construction are excellent. Nice addition to my gym and for my clients! Gents love that we are no longer ripping out the hair on their legs out…in addition to getting a excellent and varied workouts.
Nice alternative to many of the other products used for LPHC work!

Love the system. After power lifting for nearly 3 years, my shoulders were giving me issues. Almost felt like they were floating in the sockets. A few months with CS and they feel solid as heck!
Handle cracked on two of them. I filled out the warranty form online and had two replacement SETS within 1.5 weeks. No issues.
Love it!

I love the bands but have sent back 2 times. They ship me replacement cords and the replacement cord handles are cracked. You would think they could put on a nicer handle that isn’t a $0.20 piece of plastic crap. Handles are cheap and are broken before even arriving.

Awesome product and great customer service. I've dealt with shoulder pain from biking for several years, and have never found much relief. But I have been using the pro package for over a month now, and my shoulder pain has diminished significantly.
When I discovered one of the handles on the 25lb cables had broken, I was immediately contacted by Matt Unthank himself to get a replacement cable sent out. That's how it's done.

My physical therapist uses the Hip & Core exercise band, so I am grateful that I was able to use it too. It's stronger than the band I bought at Target.

Top notch company with a top notch product. Dropped a well guy on a handle and they replaced it for me. Okay sent them an email and it was answered, personally, within 24 hours. I strongly endorse CrossOver Symmetry and can attest to the positive results.

The handle broke on the very first attempt to use it. Spending 130 to have it break upon first use is frustrating.

I appreciate that you took the time and effort to figure out a solution to renters who can't drill holes in wall or permanently mount equipment to the ceiling. Huzzah!!
