As a physical therapist, I absolutely love the shoulder program for my swimmers, but never realized that I would also use it in all of my other athletes, as well as using the hip/core program for literally every patient that walks in my door, all of the youth and high school athletes I’m seeing are now benefiting from these, as well as myself and my mom, whom I’ve also roped in.

I don't usually spend the time to write reviews but you should know that this company has put a lot of effort creating a fabulous product. The videos are extremely informative and easy to follow, the customer service is caring and responsive and overall, so far, my body has benefited greatly from adding in the programs from crossover symmetry to my crossfit. I highly suggest both the shoulder bands and hip/core program.

Very professional group. Merchandise was as promised and meets the targeted needs of my athlete in training. Also had a question early in ahead of purchase and found the staff very responsive.

This has made a huge difference for me. I had chronic mid back pain, especially while working my job on the computer. I no longer have pain while working on the computer. My shoulders are strong and solid now. I will be using this for the forseeable future.

I have both the shoulder and hip & core packages. The shoulder program has helped me avoid another rotator cuff surgery and helped me deal with building my core/hip muscles. I will continue to use both programs.

Rehabbing my shoulder after surgery has been much more successful with the Crossover Cords. The sales team was helpful and efficient.
