The customer service at Crossover Symmetry is outstanding!! I was using the purple set of bands when one of them suddenly snapped and lost all elasticity. I sent a picture of the broken band to CS and was immediately sent a replacement set of bands without any questions. I was blown away by the quick response and resolution to the issue. I've been using the Crossover bands for the shoulders and my left shoulder pain is almost gone. I've also been using the Hip/Core band to restrengthen my hips/glutes after having ruptured my quad tendon in my left knee.

I am enjoying using my crossover symmetry so far, I can feel my shoulder are getting stronger, but some of my handles are already cracked and I have to use tape to fix them. But other than that I really enjoy using them!

I bought the shoulder package about 8 months ago to help overcome an injury and it's worked great. One of the handles suddenly broke a few weeks ago... I sent this as a gift to my father. It didnât have any instructions of booklet or anything inside. How is he supposed to know how to use it?? When I purchased mine, it included a booklet and a clip-on board with images of exercises. Very disappointed.

Hi Christine. If I pulled up the correct order, your father should have received a full Crossover Symmetry system with training booklet and access to our online Training Zone. If he did not receive everything, we want to get that corrected ASAP. I am going to send you an email to get to the bottom of this.
